Is that enough? Does that cover everything? Does it absolve me? Does it answer your questions? Can you understand? It is my explanation. It is my reason. It is all I can do.
Absolutely beautiful - sorrowful and joyful all at the same time, written in a way that I can think of a hundred scenarios where the emotion and tone of this completely changes. Well done, my dear swata!
Will probably be sitting in some sushi restaurant in 20 years time, think of you since sushi will now forever be associated with my ghato and lmao all over again :-D
Great poem! I love the objectiveness! It says a lot, in a small space... I think "I Love You" is not so much a collection of 3 words but a statement which, in many ways, trancends spoken language (dramatic statement I know, Ha!).
I also like the way the poem is perfectly symetrical and makes an equal case for both sides of the 'debate'..
Thanks James! :-) I wouldn't know if it's any good, though I did get some very kind responses, but it is a favourite of mine simply because it's part of who I am.

Perfect, J, love you dearly for always knowing - well, minus the sushi incident :-D
Excellent Sunshine. I think J summed it up pretty well. :-)

(you gotta admit, though... the whole sushi incident was pretty frakking funny... it still makes me laugh...)
