Three birthdays,
that's how many Keshi has had in the time I have been reading her blog,
which says something both about the content and about the person that she is.
Most of us have been here long enough to know
that encounters here can be as fleeting as they are in the real world
and most of us have been in the real world long enough to know
that rare it is not to have a person morph, somewhat, a whole lot,
the better we get to know them.
Viva Forever, if you haven't visited yet is an absolute must.

Autumn - hope you aren't washing away in the floods... do you have a boat?
Nope, just a big umbrella, though worse come to worst, I suppose I could turn it upside down and climb inside of it. Bad form. There are some serious floods about the country that have caused not just destruction but also death. Hopefully, those figures will not rise and that everyone is any real danger will have been evacuated. London has just felt the water from above.

Meg, I've fallen for many of the people who graced this place with their presense. Some could hardly be more special to me if they lived around the corner and I saw them thrice a week, or had known them always - they are as much a part of my life as the people who surround me, more sometimes in some respects. Some real special souls in the world of blogs, as I am sure you have found also, and though some stay and some leave, one thing they have in common is that I carry them with me. You wrote some very kind words here, Meg, which tells those of us who haven't yet been to your blog and realized as much from reading your posts much about your sweet heart.
Saff, we've had a months worth of rain in the space of a few days and so there has been some flooding in several areas and there has sadly been some fatalities. I've not heard anything about any stadiums in the London area, perhaps one of the other areas affected, such as Sheffield.
So that's where the tracks were leading, I only knew it was somewhere special. So someone too, I do love the idea of you being right around the corner. Got the blanket and I'm on my way. Prepare to be in no doubt how happy I'll be to see you emerging from the mist. :-)

Kesh, we do get to know people in a totally unique way here, some of the barriers that exist in the real world do not have a place here. Because we aren't talking to anyone in particular, not with the intent of having to entertain someone and keep their attention (people choose when and if to listen, and/or respond), because we are, when we do, revealing ourselves to those who are not a part of our real worlds and so we have no fear of reprisals so to speak, we more often get to see people maskless, see their essenses, than we would in the real world. And if not more often, at least quicker. (Would put that better, elaborate, but lacking time). When we know what we have in front of us, when the masks fall away and we see the real person, that's when it is easy - inspite of what we all fear - to fall for someone. Special is, what you are.
My much-adored Poppet, I do believe you are starting to reach me telepathically, ;-D (alarm was switched off), now let's see if it works both ways. Wishing you some very sweet dreams, tell me later if you had them. :-)
