June 1st saw yet another record set as the total results returned in a single day hit the all-time high of 77!
Other milestones this week included;
Kiley, our highest climber, reaching a whooping 50,000 points!
Trée, still at the top of the charts, as he raced past the 300 results returned post!
DJB, Sherry, Bob and Nate accumulating 10,000, 15,000, 20,000 and 25,000 points respectively!
And with Karen purposefully striving towards the 25,000 mark up ahead, Daniel just 10 results short of 150, Bavani having returned her first result, not to mention everyone else's FAN*TASTIC contributions, there can be no mistake, Bravo, to put it simply, Bravo Rocks!
To be a part of this team of amazing crunchers, requires just four easy steps and will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. To begin, register, download and install and then hit the Join This Team button here.

Sunshine, what can I say other than you continue to amaze me. Wow, what a post.
Team Bravo is now just over one month old and we would love to have some new mates join our righteous endeavor. Simple, safe, free. Make a difference for millions with five minutes of your time. Please consider joining us.
Morning, poppet. :-)
way to go.
Yep, they are an amazing bunch of people. :-)
Happy Monday, Jodes, hope your weekend was a good'un, xo
Poppet, you super cruncher you, :-), congratulations on 100,000 points! Wooohooo!!!!!
Thank you Sweetest. :-)
I would trade those points for a few more teammates. :-)
Coffee?
Please. :-) & new teammates would be very welcome, here's hoping.
I've just joined - I think - I got a bit confused it's not difficult to confuse me! Not sure quite what happens now though!!
it was good, was yours? hey I still have meg on my blog, the link is not working but she is still there. any news on her? tell her hi and I miss her. have a great day.
EBEZP, a heartfelt welcome to the team! :-)
You mention some confusion, do please ask if you have any questions whatsoever. What you can do to make sure, all went well, is make sure you have a blue V-like icon in your clock panel which when you double click it will open up a window that will give you various information. If you click the 'View your scores', the third panel should indicate your team as being Bravo.
Thanks again for joining us, it's a real pleasure to see a new name on the scoreboard.
Take care and enjoy the rest of your Tuesday. :-)
storm, MS is back ;)
hahaha, and go team Bravo! *two thumbs up*
Yes, thank you, Jodes. :-) Couple of weeks now since I heard from Meg, so hopefully she will be in touch again soon. I have passed on the messages etc and she always asks me how everyone is, so I know that she is missing us as much as we miss her.
Good to have you back, MS. :-) Be over to see you a little later.
Simon, welcome to Team Bravo! So good to see a new name on the roster.
I was wondering, but has anyone thought to ask the local colleges for their support as well? I am sure that they have, but its a thought.
Woo! Checked out the website. Does it mean the number crunching can run anytime while my computer is idle, even for minutes?
How's the blog party coming along? I was thinking we could do something to coincide on the 15th of this month :) What do you think?
Yes, Saff, that's precisely it. Whenever your computer is idle, even for a minute, you could be actually be helping research a cure for a variety of diseases.
As for the 15th, presumably you have our friend in mind, so let's say we all buy a bottle of champers and toast his health and happiness. Sounds good to me, anyway. :-)
Inside, making those aware that such a thing as the World Community Grid exists one could do, though hopefully establishments such as that would have heard of it and if interested, would have their own team. My old university is close to where I live now, I might pop in and see what kind of reaction I get.
Have a great Wednesday, when you get that far. :-)
It's amazing how great the team is doing in such a short time and it's an honor to be a part of it.
Thank you so much for your comment on my blog and for your sympathy for my friends' losses.
I am so sorry for your loss; I cannot imagine how awful it is to lose a parent. We've come close to losing Dad a few times and that's bad enough. *BIG HUGS*
It's wonderful that your mom keeps the roses growing; I imagine it's great for her too, as if keeping his memory alive. He is making the roses bloom too, to show his undying love.
Bravo, considering we are just 19 members presently, is doing incredibly well. We are about to hit 400,000 points as a team! 19 of us and we are turning out on average almost 39 results per day. Bloomin' brilliant, that's what we are. :-D Of course as always, it's be so very wonderful to get some more people on board (hint, hint - again LOL).
As for the rest of your message, Karen, it was beautiful, but you have me confused with someone else.
Hugs to you and wishes that you may have a very happy Thursday, xo
Hello there Autumn...I'm slacking on my email AGAIN! UGH....Yeah, I know...I get caught up and then I fall back into the same old routine...this IS on my to do list...keep up!
Hello to the little M and give her a hug and kiss from me
xo
It's no mean feat keeping up with emails, I tend to be frightfully behind on a permanent basis. And considering the amount of time I spend here (maybe I'll keep that exact figure to myself :-D), it's quite surprising. Goodness knows if I would ever catch up, if away for weeks at a time. Truth is, I still have unread FWDs in my inboxes from when I went on a 2 months holiday 2 years ago.
Will pass those along to M, you guys really did make the biggest impression on her. More on that in an email (best add 'soon'). 20 questions too. :-)
xoxo
Congrats to Desi for turning in her first result! Every bit counts! Woohoo!!!

All are welcome to join us in fighting these horrific diseases. Takes five minutes to download a small device and join Bravo. Two steps. Five minutes. That's it. No more time. No money. No adds. No pop ups. No emails. Just a small screensaver like device that runs in the background. Absolutely, completely secure. Help us help scientists gather the data they need to find drugs and cures for everything from cancer to AIDS to MD. You choose the projects you want to work on. Pick one or pick them all. I've got over 21 years of cpu donation time. I can promise you, whatever concerns you might have about joining, about downloading something onto your computer--I promise--they don't exist. Many who join are computer geeks, the kind of people that wax and polish their computers. If there was even the slightest chance that this device could harm their computer or hurt its performance or compromise data, several million people, with the endorsement of major universities and best selling computer magazines would not endorse nor would they start and recruit teams of their own--yet, they have done both. This project is spearheaded by IBM. If there was a chance that they could get a black eye, do you think they would do it? :-)
In short. Give us five minutes today. Two steps. Five minutes. If you have questions ask. Five minutes to help science. Five minutes to help ourselves. Five minutes to make the world a better place for our children.

Warm Welcome to rsurrattjr for joining Bravo! A toast to our newest mate. Woohoo. The team grows.
All are welcome to join us in fighting these diseases and helping further research to find drugs and cures for cancer, AIDS, MD and a few others. All you need is five minutes, a computer and an internet connection. That's it. Join us. :-)
You said it best, Poppet, in that earlier comment. What you wrote should eliminate any doubts anybody wavering might still have. :-)
CONGRATULATIONS Desi on your first result, that's wonderful!
And a great big Bravo WELCOME to rsurrattjr! Thank you for joining us. :-)
Woohoooooo!
Congratulations are also in order for Simon, our team captain tells me, for returning his first result!
Great blog!!! I will be back for more!

Thank you kindly. :-)
: )
:-D
i'LL go see if I can download the program, hopefully the firewall or whatever doesn't throw me out, this week.
in addition to champers, I was thinking of ice-cream too, with all that hot weather (and I was wondering why I din't need a sweater when the air conditioning was set to 20 degC), maybe sherbet, something cold and icey.....hmmmm, whaya think?
I think, that's the best idea I've heard all morning. How about twelve minature scoops in all kinds of colours and berry flavours with fruit salad and just a hint of vanilla flavoured creme fraiche drizzled decoratively over it. Dark chocolate flakes available for the truly decadent among us. Yum! :-)
Oooh!! You're truely making me salivate :)
Oooh sounds like fun!!!
And we all want as much as possible. :-)
Good afternoon and good evening there Ms. Autumn...going crazy around here trying to bag things up because the exterminator is coming tomorrow and the gas company had to change out a meter when they turned if off...we still have a shit load of crap to do (all puns intended there!) and I am ready to just burn the house down and start over....well, maybe not THAT drastic...hahaha.
Hope all is well with you and I'll get a chance to get caught up on my emails this wknd ;o)
xoxo
A real nuisance, plus you have this weekend to look forward to. At least one thing remains certain above all else, including cayotes, next week you'll be back in your newly fumigated home sweet home, unless of course you burn it down, so don't do that. :-D
Hope the next couple of days fly past, xoxo.
