AS two posts in two days!! Well done - hey were not doing bad are we? Wooo!

Pop by a little later AS, I'll think of something to bring over but meanwhile I'm off to see a Led Zep tribute band!!

Autumn Storm said...

Woohoo, have a ton of fun!!!

We are doing fabulously, Simon, just cos, and especially given our member numbers and how young a team we are. And just think, the more who join, the better we will do. :-D

Trée said...

Excellent team post Sweetest. Every little bit makes a difference. As long as there is disease, we need every able bodied computer crunching and folding in search for drugs and cures for our children and grandchildren. Don't let it be said you sat this one out. Join us. Join us and 350,000 others in making a difference that costs no money and literally no time or effort on your part. All welcome to our fantabulous international team!

EBEZP said...

Well said Trée!!! A truly international team and friendly, you can't ask for anything more and the only way to really find out as we keep saying is to join up - now!

I keep saying this - I am so proud to be doing my bit for the WCG and prouder still to be part of Team Bravo!

Sorry if I'm shouting but I can't hear properly! The band LED ZED yeah not very original, looked the part but where really too loud to tell whether they were any good or not!!
Having said that they rocked in all the right places and Stairway to Heaven was amazing!

Oh AS I know it's late but I'm not going there again, look at the size of the cheese and crackers they gave me!!!

Hope you had a good night and sleep well AS. Will see you tomorrow!

Autumn Storm said...

I slept too well as in too long.:-)

Morning, Simon, so glad to hear you had a good time last night. Even if the music was a little loud. (Now was it really too loud or are you just showing your age?;-D)
Thanks for the late night treats, I'll keep them for later, when you get home from work.

As for the Poppet, nobody does it better. :-)

EBEZP said...

Bought you some good old fish and chips I'm having mine as I bob about a bit, flights to book and stuff!
Have a good night AS. Hope to pop back later!

Justin Thyme said...

G'day, our dear sultry and seductive goddess of the Autumn winds... ;-) (been a while since I've called you that - thought it was a bit overdue!! lol). Hope you are having an excellent day. It's the first day of a three-day holiday weekend here in the States. Not much planned though other than a good apartment cleaning, catching up on work from the past week and a bit of grocery shopping... can't you just feel the excitement? ;-)

Autumn Storm said...

:-) I've missed that!
Though not so much the giggling like a school girl that it creates. :-D

Happy Labor Day weekend, my favourite L.A. man. Stick replying to an email yet unwritten in that list too. Oooh, more excitement for you. ;-)
I shouldn't talk, mine thus far has been about school supplies and getting ready for Monday. Where did 6 weeks go! Have a great evening, xoxo

Autumn Storm said...

Last time I had fish 'n' chips was...with you. :-) When do you leave, Simon? & have you ever been to Greece before?

EBEZP said...

Yeah that's me predictable Northerner!! Cloth caps, smokey rooms and fish and chips out of the newspaper, though they don't allow that any more!!

Well as I said I'm off for 2 weeks and the first week is tuesday to saturday at Disney Paris, well I'm taking a lap top over to my son and staying a few days and then the tuesday after to Athens. Wow it's going to be so much fun!! Never been to Greece but I need something like this to give me a real break, but I will be taking my lappy with me so all being well I will stay in touch.

It's quite fitting in a way, escaping from real life for a bit to meet with someone from blogland in real life!!

I'll say it again if I may AS...friendliest, truly international team around!!

Sleep well, dream well and catch you tomorrow.

Autumn Storm said...

Leaving this Tuesday? Hope you have an absolutely fabulous time in Paris and in Greece. I've met with a few bloggers now and each time has been a great success. Never been to Greece either and it's one of our most popular holiday destinations. Sure you will have a great time, looks beautiful and if you miss home, I hear they cater well for British tourists who like their home comforts. Such as Fish 'n' chips. But I have you down as a try all type of bloke, so without doubt you will have that 'complete break'. T-shirt hasn't arrived yet, though I have a feeling it will do so tomorrow since it has been taking it's own sweet time and past tomorrow would start to get ridiculous considering how long they said it would take. Good to hear you will be taking your laptop, look forward to lots of pictures of white houses at various altitudes and lots of other goodies.

I recently added spell-check to my computer and I find out I have been spelling ridiculous incorrectly all my life! And I use that word too much, how come nobody ever told me! :-)

Happy Sunday to you, Simon!

EBEZP said...

Happy Sunday to you as well AS, Yeah Tuesday its Paris and then Tuesday after! Can't wait!! Just need the break!
I did send you an E about the T did you receive anyway I doubt it would be possible now - another time maybe!!

Oh wow I so want to go in to work today!! But then on the other hand it is my last day for a bit isn't it?

Have a good day!

Autumn Storm said...

I did, it was the first of a two parter, or so wrote you to my recollection. Is it okay to send the T on anyway? Would be nice to get it to you asap and it looks like the best I can do is have it waiting for you when you get home. Nice for us too, after all, we have been waiting a while now to see you model it. :-)

Oh wow I so want to go in to work today!!
Good for you. ;-)
Have fun!

EBEZP said...

Just popping by to say, yes I'm officially on me hols now!!!
New chapters and new books are there to be read and boy am I going to do some reading!!

Starting tonight with a good few pints of Guinness with a good friend of our Tims who has just come back from Afghanistan, so you know me and drink I doubt I'll be back this evening, I don't want to embarrass myself.

Have a good evening AS!

Autumn Storm said...

Woohoo! Enjoy every moment of the next two weeks, starting with those guinness tonight. :-D Talk to you soon.

Trée said...

Coffee brewing. Bow-tied package on the kitchen table. I'm like a child at xmas waiting for his parents to wake up. Sleep fast!

Poppet been workin it. :-D

Keshi said...

I should be so ashamed...cos Im yet to do this! :( I gotta find some time from home!!

Keshi.

Autumn Storm said...

Would love to have you join us, Kesh. :-) Happy Monday to you.

The poppet is always working it, it's one of his most lovable features. Thanks for coffee, sweetest heart, dream sweet and I shall see you when you wake. :-D

EBEZP said...

Afternoon!
Bit of a late start today, something to do with the Guinness and hey I'm on holiday!!
Well lap top is bought and already packed and surprisingly paid for by Matt - that's a first!! That's the first and main reason for going to Paris. After that its just Disney, chill and more Disney and more chill!
Catch you later AS.
Have a good afternoon!

Autumn Storm said...

T-shirt arrived today, Simon, I'll send it off first thing tomorrow morning. :-) Hope you're happy with it!

Not long to go now before you set off. As many times as I have been to France, I have never actually been to Paris. And Disney on top of that, you're a lucky ducky. The best part must be catching up with Matt. You obviously had the good night that you intended to yesterday. :-D
Hope you have another good one tonight, less Guinness but equally as good. :-)

EBEZP said...

Wow how did you do that you said it would probably arrive today and it did! Will my flight be on time tomorrow? Will I enjoy myself in Greece next week? Will I win the lottery?

Yeah Paris is great but a little overated in my opinion but it certainly has it's good bits.

Disney is incredible because it's more compact than all the other Disney Parks but still packs them in and never feels crowded!

Disney is Disney - magical. I love it!!

Have a good evening yourself AS!

Autumn Storm said...

I'm as psychic ;-) as the next person about such things, don't you often know what song will play on the radio next, when the phone will ring, when the bus will come. The one I love is when I get feelings about people and what will happen to them. :-)

Yes to the flight, yes to Greece and if you win the lottery, yes to you. LOL

Say hey to Mickey for me. :-)
Safe flight Simon and have a wonderful holiday, hugs to you.

I am thinking my results kind of suck a$$...I don't know what else to do, though. (sigh)
At least I am returning results! *Not sure if you noticed, but from May (when I signed up) until like late July(ish) I returned ZERO b/c I didn't read the instructions! HAHA
~d ♥ autumn storm

EBEZP said...

Anybody crunching for us with even just one set of results is great so ~d don't worry.

Hi AS well minutes away from packing the lappy and I'm away thanks for all your best wishes and next time i'm in contact will be from Paris.....Woo.
Here we go, I just love travelling!!
Have a good evening yourself and may pop in later, just cos I can, aren't lap tops wonderful!!

Autumn Storm said...

~d, you are doing just fine. As Simon said, every result counts. The amount depends on several things, firstly some of us have more than one computer signed up, secondly what kind of computer you have is also a factor, thirdly how much time your computer is on for. For myself, when I can actually connect which these days is seldom, I have two running 24/7 and this is why my points increase at a faster rate. That's all. What you are doing for the WCG and for Team Bravo is very much appreciated, never think any different. You contribution is consistent and welcome and the whole individual stats thing is more for fun that anything else. It's what we do as a team that counts, and together we are returning up to 22,000 points a day. Hugs to you and thank you again. :-)

Wooohoooo, have a great trip Simon. See you in Paris. :-)
T-shirt is on it's way to Merseyside as you are on your way to France, should be waiting for you when you pop home at the weekend. Hugs to you too.

EBEZP said...

Oh it's nice to sit down! Arsey internet connection or not!!

Hello from Paris!! Well Bry sur Marne to be precise, 5 train stops from Disney and just got back to hotel!

Strange isn't it when you can say you've watched your son work all day but he's not been himself once!

A horse rider, A vulture and a big friendly yellow dog!!

Hope you had a good day, catch you again soon!

Only keeping it short because worried the internet connection will go arsey on me again like last night!!

Happy Autumn, Autumn :)

Autumn Storm said...

Short version

:-) Same to you, Terry.

Simon, good to hear you have arrived safe and well. Have a ton of fun with Matt and the Disney gang/ More later.

Sara, :-), thank you for contributing. And thank your for the answers chosen, couldn't have been nicer.
More info on Bravo in the sidebar, if you want to take a look. Feel free to ask any questions and I shall do my best to answer them, and if I cannot, I'll call on the captain. :-)
Real good to hear from you Sara, hope you've been doing well, you certainly sound great. :-)

Hey Jodes, hope you're having a great week!

Poppet, what can I say! It was even better than anticipated, only thing that could have made tonight any better is if you had been there with me. Fantastic concert, James was on top form, new hits and old, wonderful venue, great crowd, perfect evening. xo

Trée said...

Sweetest, that video you took was f***ing-fantastic, which I feel I can say since I'm vulgar and all. :-D

His smile is what makes him what he is. Seldom do we see an artist enjoying himself like James does. He seems to be about as happy on stage as one could be. As I told you earlier, I love, love, love that short little clip and look forward to seeing all the rest. Sweet dreams my most spectacular diva with a heart of gold. :-)

jillie said...

You know for some strange reason...my is not working. I think Robert "updated" my computer and took it off...gotta keep that guy OFF of my puter!!!!!

Hope all is going well. I am off to Wisconsin tomorrow so I'll email you when I get there...

xoxo

Autumn Storm said...

No time to spare this morning, so again, short versions, apologies.

Jillie, safe journey home. Look forward to that email, I'll get one off to you too, with details also of how to re-install if you wish to. No worries otherwise. :-) Love and hugs, talk to you soon, x

Poppet, I was beyond tired last night, and I have no time right now, but since i have video from every single song :-D, I will give you a full review via them. Best concert of my life last night, loved every moment of it, if not as much then almost as much as James did. It was FAN*TASTIC! It was the ultimate. :-) Like I said, the only thing that could have made last night any more perfect was to have had you there to see it too.
Can't wait to get home! Sweet dreams in the mean time. Love and hgus, x

Hey you!! Happy Sunday!! Well so this is what a sunday off in the UK is like!!
I've missed being here AS!
The T's here, the T fits brilliantly and the T is the first letter of THANK YOU!!

It was great winning it and so worthwhile recruiting people to our wonderful worthy cause and our mega friendly team!!

Looks like you've been having a great time as well, concerts and things, good on you!

I also want to thank you for all your comments while I've been away it's great seeing friendly comments when you struggle with internet conections and really start wondering whether it was worth taking your lappy in the first place!

Post in about 2 hours on WN and there already is a post on the other 2. Jeez this was supposed to be a quiet chilling day between trips........Who needs quiet chilling days!
I see we've got a new team member too!!! The beat goes on!!

Your guess on Jack's pics... a bit high!

See how it goes AS but I may be back later!

Autumn Storm said...

Hey Simon. :-) Thank you, your efforts were so much more than worth the reward. Thanks to you, our team grew and many of those members are turning in steady results, good news for the WCG, good news for Team Bravo!

My week has been as exciting as yours in it's own way. :-D Highlights the James Blunt concert on Wednesday (highlight of the year if I'm truthful :-D) and today was a great day too, a fun run, beautiful weather, happy people, good times.

Have really enjoyed seeing all the pictures from Disney this week, all the more for knowing you were having such a good time out there. :-) ...497?

Karen said...

I am going to install this on my old computer that I gave my mom, which will help!

EBEZP said...

Morning Autumn!
Sounds like you had a good day yesterday, I was surprised how busy I was! Glad you both enjoyed those pics, between you and me there will probably be quite a few more of Captain Jack coming at you, 497 is the nearest so far!! Results soon!!
Got another busy day today. Hope your Monday is a good one and will pop by a bit later ok?

Autumn Storm said...

Apologies Poppet, I had forgotten you were travelling between the last time I spoke to you and now. Hope you had a good journey.

Missed you all day today, as always. :-) And thank you - did you see I congratulated myself this morning? :-D
Love and hugs, x

Kesh, again, "ditto". On my way in just a few. :-)

Simon, higher or lower? :-) Never mind, I'm going to hold on 497, and spin again.
Lots of catching up to do of all kinds after a couple of days away, I should imagine. And you must be getting very, very excited about tomorrow. Yet another place I've never been. Soon as M moves out, I'm backpacking round the World. :-D Safe journey tomorrow, can't wait to see what kind of pictures you post from there.

EBEZP said...

Wow yes I echo that 100,000 Wooo!

Oh and yes you won the photo contest!!! It was 456 and you were the closest. Your prize has just been E mailed to you!!

Funny old day today neither here there or anywhere near!
Slowly winding down, repacking the Disney goodies that I'm taking to Greece and the lap top with some more T shirts and yes THE T is coming with me!!

Doubt I'll be back here before I go and I've been warned about some internet connections in and around Athens so we'll have to play everything by ear.

Be good while I'm away!!

EBEZP said...

Hey AS spot the timings of those comments!!
That's spooky!!
Yeah I've not been before either I am so looking forward to it! I reckon Europe's most forgotten capital and I really don't see how you can possibly forget all that history!
And so away......

Autumn Storm said...

Thanks Simon, and thank you for the prize. :-) Just sent you off a proper one.

I'm pretty sure the "top two answers" would be Shirley Valentine and Club 18-25, which is a shame considering as you mention the history (to mention but one). As I wrote, I am so excited for you, hope your blogger meetings exceed all good expectations, take care of you, and whatever you do, don't forget the camera. :-)

Happy to hear things are going so well there. Enjoy the rest of your trip, talk to you soon, xo

EBEZP said...

Wonderful here but I'm missing you there!
Internet is absolute crap here but hey ho.
Having a great time btw, thinking of you all.
See you soon!

Autumn Storm said...

Heya Simon, nice of course to see you pop by, but I'm hoping, in the best possible way, that you have much too nice a time over the remainder of your trip to know whether you have access or not. :-D Take care, have a ton of fun!!

jillie said...

Hello to you Autumn! It's a beautiful Autumn day here as well. I am doing my best to not let things upset me and I know I have to remove myself from the situation. Someday my "real" brother will be back. I just hope and look to the future. Thank you so much for always being there and listening to me bitch. You're the bestest!!!!!!

xoxo

Autumn Storm said...

Jillie, I think you are handling this all amazingly well. Not only personally, but I know that you have been a great pillar of support to your mom and the rest of the family. One thing is dealing with the actions and being able to get angry/frustrated/upset etc, but another is having a wealth of love and memories of better times. As you said, someday, I hope for you all with all that I am, you will get your brother back.
Always here to listen, should you ever need someone unconnected. I'll be checking in on you regularly as per usual at your place.
:-) Hope you continue, again as said, to enjoy yourself otherwise. Take good care, love and hugs, xo

Sara said...

Hope your day is going well. :-)

One almost has to go looking in corners for any other news other than Madeline McCann, a young British child believed to have been abducted in Portugal almost 4 months ago, the latest development being that she may have been killed by her mother.

We are perhaps the greatest complainers when it comes to weather and yet we are so fortunate here, neither dipping or rising too far off the curve of steady. I cannot imagine what it must be like to feel the earth moving under one's feet, only that it must be terrifying.

Thank you, and once again same to you, sweetie, xo

Sara said...

Got the comments up thank you!

I downloaded the software and started using it last night. I need to be on my computer more I guess now. :-) My sister is always on hers and can download stuff at work too maybe I can have her join as well! :-)

Hey Autumn,

I so miss your blog - but am glad to know you are still alive and kicking. Always nice to hear from you. How's the new place? How's the folks? M liking school? Any news on the job front - still the same ole same ole or have you scored something more interesting?

Baby Bear is coming home in November to spend Thanksgiving with us, and then on to Hawaii to see her brand new (due November 25) niece!

Hope you are happy.

Autumn Storm said...

Jillie, you comment made me smile, I don't think anyone has called me a moral booster before, not sure why either that I find that not just sweet but also funny. :-D I did just wake up (there's the answer to the first question, will get onto that in a bit), maybe that's why. :-) So good to hear you had a nice day with your nephew, must be rarer than you would like, the opportunity to spend a whole day with one of the children. Hope you have a great weekend, love and hugs back attcha. :-)

Hey Terry,
I can imagine just how excited you both must be with those two wonderful events to look forward to, a new grandchild and Baby Bear coming home for an extended visit. :-) Are you joining her when she heads over to her sister's place?
How about those plans that you mentioned recently about moving, they sounded quite serious?

Parents are well, M likes her new teacher, is looking forward to Performing Arts club which starts Wednesday and has decided she wants to learn how to play guitar. Same job for the moment, figure there is no point going from one temporary to another, so hopefully with a little luck something perfect will come along when the time is right. Until then, this one is rather fun. :-)
Have a great weekend, Terry, say hey to George for me.

Firstly, Sara, you can try double clicking on your WCG icon in the clock panel, which will open up a window. From there click on options at the top of the page and then 'retry communications'.

See how that goes, otherwise I would say, try removing the program and then reinstalling it. Trée might have some other advice, so if the first doesn't work, hold off on the second for now.

'll give it a try tonight after class or tomorrow after work and go from there. :-) Thank you!
